DSAW Steel Line Pipe Welder

This realistic illustration of pipe welders at the Dura-Bond Steel Pipe manufacturing facility in Steelton, PA presents a straight seam weld being applied to 80' high pressure steel utility pipe. Source material for the production of this original image included new and historic photographs.

The scene was adjusted to bring all or part of three pipe welders into view. The content and lighting were initially modeled with Maxon Cinema 4D software. Realistic textures and colors were digitally painted with Adobe Photoshop.
